This place has rapidly gone downhill, use to be a great place before and after the game. Not anymore servers were terrible as well as management. Been going there for many years but I'm done won't return

They were out of 3 different beers on tap but still had the tap displayed. Kind of disappointing to ask for it and then be told the keg has kicked. Beers we're ok. Nothing to make me come back.

Good thing they have decent beer because their service was absolutely horrible!! They have no excuse for it either because the were dead.. Not busy at all! We walked in and were told to sit where ever but then the waitress that came told us we should have seen the hostess and been seated. We ordered beer and were going to order food but the waitress was so rude that we decided to just drink our beers and leave. The waitress was then upset that we did not order but said "whatever i dont really care" it was very clear she did not care! She couldnt even be bothered to bring us our beer... The bartender did. We then had to ask for our bill from another girl working there.. The only girl working there! 4 servers were sitting in a booth on their phones/talking to each other this includes our waitress. Needless to say this girl did not receive a tip from us tonight and nor will we ever go back. Shout out to the one girl actually working who brought us our bill.. Keep up the good work! As for the others.. You should be ashamed and need to step it up! So pathetic! Its actually sad because the beer was good but bad service can entirely ruin an experience and in this case its just that. Never ever will go back!

I gave them 5 🌟, not because they were absolutely perfect in every way, but because of the way they handled a minor issue that we had. Without complaining, the manager Ivan noticed we were not happy and came right over to find out what the issue was, and then went above and beyond to correct it. Thank you Ivan! We’ll gladly be back.

Well well, this place has been my go to for many years prior to or post Red Sox games but it will be no longer. Tonight we were sat (4 people total) in the high top section by the brewery part that is a family style seating. We were greeted by a server with a bit of an attitude. I don't know if it was because we grabbed beers prior to sitting due to the fact that our reservation time was way shorter then told by the hostesses but she seemed annoyed by the fact we had drinks already. She greeted other tables then came back to us without our 4 th person to order. We informed her that we needed 2 checks where she seemed slightly confused but understood thats what we needed. We got served by I assumed were *runners* they never asked if we needed anything, which we did but they walked away when we tried to ask for condiments. My mother's burger was served with a very spicy sauce which we were told was a siracha sauce after the server argued that it was 1000 island sauce. She had the burger remade while we all ate. When the burger made its way back to the table she NEVER came back to ask about the burger. Only asked if we needed a beverage. She went to every other table but ours for the remainder of our visit. The family next to us, a mom and 2 kids, never got a check back from her, just a check when they were done. Finally we say we want our checks. She drops ONE check off , not 2 like requested. I understand it was a simple mistake but we were ready to go and she yet again turned away before we had a chance to remind her of the 2 checks. I approached the hostess stand and asked to have it split and told her thank you for checking on my mother's burger (sarcastically) and walked away with my checks. We waited about 5 mins while she cleaned another table and talked to another near us with our credit cards out to pay and she yet again walked away. I then return to the hostess stand even more annoyed then previous, where there was a manager who was shorter with a striped shirt on. I said to him that i requested that this bill be split and waited for her to retrieve the checks and said I'm not sure what our servers name but she had a poor attitude.....She snatched the checks away from us and the manager walked away, no *I'm sorry, I'll be right with you* NOTHING. The server placed the checks in front of me and said she she was sorry about the burger.... after the fact. We pay, no manger comes over at all. My mother waits to speak to the general manager whose name I forget, all that I know was that it was Russian. He apologized for our visit and we explained what happened all while the *assistant manager* with the striped shirt stood there, obviously in defense of the server. Told me I was a liar that the server snatched the checks from me, it was from me or from the manager or the table, who cares honestly, she SNATCHED them away in a rude fashion! The striped shirt manager rolled his eyes at me while he *corrected* me. I called him out on it and he continued to roll his eyes. I am a server myself and know all the workings of a fast paced restaurant and I NEVER complain the way I did today. But I have NEVER EVER had someone who was in management roll their eyes at me! How rude can you be. Then the general manager starts taking the side of the server and half wit manager with equally as bad of an attitude problem. That's when I lost it. No apology no restitution at all for anyone's actions. You're management is terrible and your servers need an attitude adjustment. Also you need to keep a consistent beer list with recognizable beer selections to be considered a brewery in my eyes as frequenter of brewery type establishments. Your staff is getting worse, your beers are getting less recognizable and your management is getting less compassionate. My *giving of the bird* to your establishment was well deserved. Good luck without me, my friends and family's endorsement from here on out!

We visited before a game on a Saturday night. We arrived around 4pm or so and we were sat immediately at a table. Within the hour, the bar was filled with...
